Buy an assorted dozen, get a dozen original glazed free.
It says Bristol, but can be used nationwide.

Could be useful to a few fatties....me included!
Save £8.95

Nice Wub

But even he and I couldn't eat two dozen donuts between us.

Cos KK donuts are only any good if you eat them fresh.
Plus they have stopped doing my favourite sort (cake donuts)

And I ain't buying two dozen for anybody in my office Evil or Very Mad

Yeah I have, and each time been thoroughly underwhelmed. Each time I think "Yeah I'll try one 'cos I must be missing the point as everyone raves about them" and each time I think "It's OK". A big jam doughnut however....

Having tried doughnuts at various outlets over 19 years as a seasoned muncher.

I must say that Greggs is superior to KK

Fisty, goto avonmeads, get your Krispy Kreme, then go to McDonald's, get a cheese burger, and cram one of those original glazed in the burger.....bee-ee-a-you-tiful.
I tried to get -Matt- to do it, but he kept calling me a sicko.

Thumbs Up

And after extensive, repetitive research I conclude that Sainsbury's are the best of those.

Sainsburys jam doughnuts are truly exceptional - no idea why

Had a Krispy Kreme today, my other half loves them and while I wouldn't say no, you can't justify the price tag compared to a greggs doughnut (at which I worked for 2 years)

3 of any type of KK for 4.50 today at cobham services / 2.50 for 4 doughnuts of any kind at greggs

Done it with a decent burger (and extra fried the doughnuts after cutting). Was 'ok', but not as good as promised, I thought!

We've just spent the weekend nomming our way through real Danish pastries, German sausage, Swedish meatballs (have you even seen the cakes in Sweden???? they're catastrophically stodgy, LOL) - so food is just about the last thing either of us interested in at the moment Laughing

Yup; I went through the Leeds drive through for the sake of having been to a Krispy Kreme drive through Smile.

There is a legend around that drive through. They say that should a certain light in the window be turned on, then free doughnuts are given to those who ask. Many people discount this as an urban myth, others swear they have received doughnuts free of charge.

I will report back soon, I'll be working round the corner soon so I'll have to go past every day and watch for the fabled light.

It's true at the Enfield branch in London. They make them there and pick them off the production line and give them to you fresh off the icing-fall (like a waterfall of icing).
