rumor has it that the guy known as cansa (Cancer) was last seen threatening a guy selling a helmet wiper with a fork leg

currently wanted by every police force in the uk, australia and nigeria.

cops don't have truncheons anymore - except maybe the stripogram ones.

The problem would not be the fork leg, it would be the way it is used. You do not have to wildly swing it like a maniac until after the guy is incapacitated and on the floor Twisted Evil
