Ive seen a Aprilia RSV Mille for sale for about £1250.

34k miles. No history. 6 months MOT. On a 2001 Y plate but definitely the MK1 plastics (late registered or just before they switched over in 2001?). Unsure why most of it is de-stickered...and its advertised as the "Factory R" version which im pretty sure it isnt...

Worth a punt? Aslong as there is nothing majorly wrong with it im sure id get the cash back.

Seems like cheap thrills. Id average a hundred or two miles a month currently. Just for fun.

Only 2 others i can see below 2k, ones got over 50k miles and ones got damage and is really far away.

Ask to look at the V5 and frame number, surely that'd tell you?
Doesn't the R have different wheels (expensive!!) and Ohlins (equally so!)? If you have a good look at it and find out what it should have then compare what it's got...
If it's got the decent wheels and forks they are worth a fair bit via forums if you just broke it for bits.

The R versions have more spokes on the OZ wheels. Usually have carbon bits and im guessing they dont have a white spring on the rear shock.

Havnt got time to view, its on ebay with an hour left...

It was on ebay. Asked him a couple of questions and didn't get the answers I wanted.

Left it at that. Finished on 1271.

The new bike hunt continues...
