What is it with not getting a head on your beer anymore.

What is it with people these days who don't want any head on there beer at all ? Especially down south where you have to tell them you want a head on it and they look at you like your mad. Beer is meant to have a head end of.

With the price of beer in London we want a full pint of liquid!

Why pay for froth when it could be beer? Also southern beers are not meant to be served through a sparkler, I am assuming you meant beer not lager.

Southerners just cannot serve beer properly, its a genetic predisposition. Their main problem is putting it half and half with lemonade.
