Top notch "intelligence" has lead them to believe that revenue generation from, speeding, bikers is a dead cert, in January, in freezing temperatures, on some of Britains "most dangerous" roads, really, REALLY? Is there a heatwave on the horizon?

Seems like a total fabricated story, it lists some speed camera locations which are widely published and used a couple of days most weeks.
