Reply button missing

Having a fight with this.

Chrome works at work but not at home, the reply button is missing. Quote works as does new post but not reply.

I've checked all the AV stuff, Adblock etc etc and cleared site cookies but at home on Chrome and Firefox that button is missing.

Has anyone else had this?

Got it.

Kaspersky internet security uses some kind of secure keyboard setting - for some reason that blocks the reply button on here.

Fixed anyway
