Si bought this mid last year

and have been working on it through the winter and now it looks like this

However i had not ever ridden before today and had only had it idling in the shed. Took it down the road probably got about 30mph out of it and did about a mile and it cut out. PUSHED it home back in the shed and there is no spark at all the ht lead will arc on to the cyliners if close enough but no spark in the plug gap (when earthed against the head).
What would make a plug just stop working excess voltage to hot or just old and finished (it looked newish). The plug was black and wet when i took it out if that helps.

Hasn't still got metal plug caps, has it?

Wonder if there was an accumulation of oil in the crankcase, which fouled the plugs.

Or choke stuck on.
