An acquaintance who worked for a data agency,funded by government ,reliably informs me that ALL O2 free. WiFi is heavily monitored.For a bit of fun at a boring job they d even do Facebook tricks.......he's signed the official secrets act so he could go to prison,but luckily he's given a few pointers on system software used and what type of mobiles( older ones) can reveal monitoring.

If you are on the witness protection program me and contact friends with old mobiles...voila!!!! It even tells the caller the call is being monitored!
Its a minor miniscule software glitch!
