Need help getting my aprilia sr50 started help plzzz..

hey im new to this page and i having problems getting my scooter started i have sr50 2007 with a big bore malossi 70cc
when the bike is off no key theres a red light blinking and when i put the key and turn i have the red light it says that it needs service i check the injector and i thing is bad cuz the front of it looks like if someone was trying to clean it or fix it and is damaged, also check the spark plug and is not wet so it has to be something with not getting fuel into the motor. the fuel pump i hear that is working !!

please help i will appreciated
