I bought this kit recently
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/161456834002?clk_rvr_id=718785760496&item=161456834002&lgeo=1&vectorid=229508

It worked perfectly well even at motorway speed, the only downside is the the headphone which aren't very comfortable and a bit tricky to place in the helmet.
Well it worked until the OH lost her... It's still useful for phone calls though

I've had 2 sets of cheap ones. 1 was a single unit off ebay that worked well till it got mangled in a crash, phone and music was decent to about 60 and workable up to 70, the helmet mount was a bit iffy and required an added rubber band.

Now I have bought a pair of these off taobao https://www.chinamade.com/vimoto-v5s-waterproof-motorbike-helmet-bluetooth-intercom-headset-handsfree.html and they are really good, even with my pretty noisy lid I get decent comms up to around 80mph, battery lasts forever (I've yet to run it down on a journey) and the build quality is better than the ebay thing I had (which itself was decent). Not sure if you can source them though without being able to speak/type Chinese.

I've used Autocom for the past 10 years. Expensive at the time and could be called old now, but it works with very little maintenance needed over the years. Still going strong as ever. You can get bits from e-bay if you know what you are looking for.
