There was a nice break in the weather earlier so I decided to take the 250 for a blast, I've not long had the bike so this was its first proper test. I've had plenty of EXC's before so didn't expect to be surprised but that 250 engine is an absolute gem, loads of torque!

Got a few mods planned for it but mainly cosmetic/protection!

What happens if you're caught riding up the hills?

Here in the Brecons we have quite a bit of trouble from police bikers impounding dirt bikes. Spoilsports!

As long as you keep to the proper byway tracks then there shouldn't be any problem Shocked

Cheers guys! I mainly ride green lanes which are legal, you have to balance the risk/reward on the rest of the places. I just don't understand why I can't ride my bike on a mountain where no one ever goes!

North wales (particularly north west, Gwynedd areas) doesn't have one legit motocross/enduro practise area!

Know what you mean. Those pics weren't on a green lane stuff they? At least they don't look like they are.

We have groups down here that risk it, one or two have lost their bikes. Such an amazon landscape to tear around on though.
