I've checked the FAQ's & found nothing also done many google searches got the usual rubbish. I'm renovating a TS 125RL & its come down to the infamous Power Valve setup.

I'm not after how the actual PV's fit into the cylinder head, more how the actuator mechanism works. I have a workshop manual which resembles a reprint of a reprint of a reprint and the detailed photos are undecipherable

What I need are the details of how the actuator shaft is assembled and then connects to the mechanism connected the to 2 cables, the positioning of the spring and each of the 2 spigots
