Good barrister is good barrister, he had a word with the the magistrates involved beforehand after I had explained the predicament to him and when I walked in the other charge was dropped. Pleased Guilty to speeding like I said I would and job jobbed.

They dropped the OIAWL charge because like always they throw as many charges at you at once and hope at least one sticks.

Your solicitor probably gently reminded them that they had no proof of the bikes power output too. Would have most likely been thrown out with any challenge anyhow.
