Clutch was behaving weird yesterday so I took a look. wasn't expecting to find the pushrod snapped in half.

Lucky me, I had a spare Suzuki pushrod, but a bit longer.

Cut off with grinder.

Trim end to length. Exact length not important since there's a wide range of adjustment but I have the tools so I got it within 0.1mm. Put a bevel on the end and good to go. Half an hour's work or so.

I had that exact same thing happen on my Mk1 Bandit 6 some years ago.

Ha! My bandit 400 did this! Made one out of some silver steel at work.
