Hi all,

Recently installed a new IXIL hyper low exhaust to the ER6, sounds great and is fecking loud, like 103dB loud lol

Anyway, i put the baffles back in for now as I'm needing new ear drums and quickly realised that the exhaust spring rattles away against the exhaust itself under heavy acceleration and is very annoying.

It detracts away from the sound of it. What can be done to stop this rattle?

You could try wrapping some fibreglass matting around it, or fit some heat resistant sleeving (from an electrical wholesaler) over it.
