A Honda Melody was the reason I wasn't allowed bikes. My mum got SMIDSY'd on one before I was born.

That said, could probbably stuff the superped engine into it for massive lulz Thinking

A case which comes with its own basket. Laughing

I can confirm a honda melody won't get anywhere near 30mph. Even if you remove said basket.

I'm pleased it's not more local to me. It stops me bidding and ending up with yet another garden / shed / garage ornament...

No. Burn it with fire. There are plenty of bikes of the same age I'd like to find in a barn - to find one of these would be very depressing.

To find one for free or next to nothing though would be ok with me.

I hate seeing fixable old bikes that have been left stored away for years, just sent for scrap or landfill as often happens in house clearance type situations.

A works building near me was cleared out and tidy'd up a few years ago, and I was told there was an old Suzuki moped under a cover, that the owner had just left/forgotten about.

But I think it ended up in the back of a Biffa skip and taken away with all the other scrap and waste materials/rubbish.
