Well that was annoying

Driving along The Highway earlier and the bike dropped several inches and felt rather funny so up on the pavement we go to find this...

3/4" gash in the rear tyre, nothing in it, nothing on the road so no idea what caused it.

Luckily the tyre was going to be replaced this weekend so I already had one in.

Were you filtering down the middle hashed section or riding in lane?

The middle bit has been filthy for the last few months, worse than normal IMO, my rear tyre has all sorts of nicks and marks on it.
