So being a nice day today the missis agreed to come out on the bike for the first time.being the first time we were riding along at a sensible 55-60 mph enjoying the sun.few hrs in cunt driver in a 3 series decides it would be fun to be right up our arss I could see the anger in his face trying to pass us but due to oncoming traffic he couldn't.soon he was trying to pull of dangerous moves in a vain attempt to pass still not passing and still vertually rubbing my rear tyre.eventually he got passed with a few hand gestures from him as he passed.dont know why 60 mph road we were doing bang on 60.few miles down the road a sign for tempory traffic lights 600 yards ahead.and guess what we saw Mr bmw's nice shiny car up the arsse of a tranny van at the lights ..bits of glass and bmw all over the road Very Happy ..so we did the only thing we could filter pass the twat with missis giving him the finger...any other car we would of stopped and offered help.hope he's hurting Mr. Green

On my way home from work couple weeks ago, usual root so I know all the little hidden dangers [gatsos].. white van up my arse for a good few hundred yards. Narrow road so no room to allow him to overtake. Approaching a gatso the road widens and he legs it right into the camera's viewfinder!

Flash Flash and then he hits traffic at the lights. I steadily filter past giving him a friendly gesture. I honestly don't see the point of that move.

I'd guarantee that if a rider had crashed and the police had a report from a driver saying they saw they were "speeding" earlier, that would affect their decision on who was likely to blame.

Brilliant. Just desserts indeed. Had an oncoming idiot deliberately feint a move into my lane today. Sometimes I really do wish I could carry a gun and rid the world of these tossers. So nice to hear when one of them pays the price for their stupidity.

As above, if you were riding like that and crashed a few miles up then witnesses of your riding previously could be used against you.

Reminds me of a white nearly new BMW M-somethingorother tailgating me when I was on Ls. We get to a right turn only lane and he floors it. As he's alongside me there's this big BANG, a huge cloud of black smoke pours out of his exhaust and he trundles to a halt.

I'me guessing a broken rubber band at high revs = massive £££s Twisted Evil

Had someone cut past me in a shiny Mercedes with a van coming the other way on the other side of the A43 the other day. Absolute dick move as I knew there would be traffic about half a mile round the corner, sure enough he had to stop and then, possibly feeling pretty fucking silly, decided he would pull right over in his lane to make my filter past that little bit harder.....he got a little wave and a finger!

And another one. I'm ambling along at the 40mph speed limit in my Landrover, tailgater canes it past me on a blind bend. Goes past plod with his speed gun like a rocket.

on a bit of an opposite note I was out for a hoon on the bike, being billy badass I overtook a slow car coming off a roundabout heading straight towards a copper with a speed gun in hand, cue me slamming on the anchors into a sort of stoppie/tank slapper. he wagged a finger at me whilst grinning like a cheshire cat, I trundled off at a much slower pace feeling like a grade A twat. luckily I never got a ticket.

The way I see it sometimes we all ride/drive like a tit whether it be too fast, too slow or something else, so I always give people the benefit of the doubt.

My car is slow, really slow when towing, so whenever possible I get the hell out of other people's way, that said when a lorry got up my arse in stationary/very slow moving traffic and started flashing his lights at me I just stopped and let the gap in front of me increase by a few car lengths, he tried to swerve round me so I took great delight in slowly rolling forward blocking him, he then starts swerving into me, acting like he is going to ram me off the road whilst hanging his fat gut out of the window shouting and swearing, the copper's in the unmarked car a few cars back didn't take this too well and pulled him to the side of the road.

No, saying "The vehicle I saw embedded in the rear of the van was tailgating me aggressively and performed a dangerous overtake prior to the incident"

Yes, I get that, but the beamer has shunted the van at lights, ergo, pretty open and shut case (unless he claims Van reversed). So why would the insurance company be interested in how the BMW was driving in the minutes prior to the crash? Remember, there is no police present.

Unless you witnessed the collision, I doubt the insurance company would care. It is just your opinion and has no bearing on the damage causing impact.

Why would you restrict yourself to the strict truth? They don't know the reality of what happened, just the stories that people tell.

Billy Beemer may very well will be giving it "Van just hauled on the brakes, no reason at all, total mental case, could have killed me."

I would have no compunction at all about corroborating the story of a villain's victim.

First real sunny weekend we've had and they were all out today, all going to the beach. I met one arsehole head-on in my work van. He was on the LEFT-HAND side of the road. I was on the RIGHT-HAND side of the road, because I was going to turn right up ahead. He started gesturing for me to get back to the left-hand side of the road, exasperated shrugging, hands in the air, all that shit. If it wasn't a fucking one-way street he'd just turned in to, I would have been happy to move - but then, I wouldn't have been on the wrong side of the road in the first place, because I know how to drive? Twisted Evil

I really do hate it when some moron is not only in the wrong, but is totally unaware of their wrongdoing, and compounds their ignorant mistake yet further by blaming someone else.

Van driver probably gave it a foot full of brake, like I do when I have a car right up my chuff.
Van has one hell of a tow-bar / step on the back of it. 90% of cars will die hitting it. Laughing
