Help! Advice needed! Stolen YBR125 - Stolen/Bike damages? :(

So.. I bought what once was a brand new YBR125 only to be stolen a week later and ragged silly

I am now stuck with repairs after repairs costing me literally an arm and a leg as I am new to the motorcycling world.

I live in West London.. does anyone know any cheap mechanics or people that know a thing or two about bikes? I need a service as it doesn't feel safe to ride. I have heard my handlebars are bent, speedo does not work (already changed the speedo cable with no luck). The chassis is damaged in places and one mechanic has said the clutch is also on its way out

I just need it given the once over..
