Hello guys, I'm new here.. Just have a quick question which might sound dumb and noobish but no matter. Is it possible to use an exhaust which is made for a different bike on yours? Like if I were to have a WR250/DRZ exhaust and make it fit.. I currently ride a WR125, and the reason I'm asking this is there isn't many used exhausts for the WR, can only find new which cost a fortune and mine is starting to look a little rusty and sounds horrible since its stock.. But I can find used aftermarket exhausts for cheap but they're for other bikes, thanks guys. sorry for the dumb question

Dunno where you been looking, but I bought a WR125 exhaust a couple of weeks ago. There are loads on Egay all around £60, for a good 'un, less, (like the one I bought), if you don't need all the bolt on heat shields etc.!

You can make an R1 exhaust fit if you want, just weld it on at the pipe or make a small diameter adaptor.

You can make anything fit if you have the skill to do it.

Veering dangerously on topic, any differences in the exhaust will render it unusable or require significant modifications to make it gas tight and secure. Close enough isn't good enough.

You're better asking on a WR125 specific forum. I hesitate to say "owners'" forum given that 90% of them will be stolen, but you could try here or similar:
