Hi. New to the forum and in need of some help, advice.
I recently bought a cbr 400 gull arm. The bike is in very good condition for it's age, but is very underpowered. It starts and runs ok, but is so slow. At first I suspected it had been restricted, took the carbs off but no restriction kit fitted. Does anyone know if there would be any kind of restriction anywhere else on the bike that could make it so slow?
If not what other things may be wrong?
