If anybody interested, Peak District last Monday. The weather was great. I loved the views. A few minutes from my ride.

Matlock Bath was packed. Really bad day to be in a car. There were 2-3 mile long queues to town from both directions.

Hahaha, yeah I unfortunately was in the car but we left pretty early and ditched it sharpish on an embankment somewhere near Ladybower before donning my hiking boots. Could hear people roaring through the valley Very Happy

Not actually been over towards Matlock, nice roads that way?

From Matlock Bath down south the roads are ok, but up north west towards Buxton and farther much better imho.

There's an even better road!
Next time you head out of Buxton on the A6, take a right turn at 4:30, in your vid, A5270, you'll come out on the A515.
You then have a choice, turn round and go back the way you came, (the road is that good), and get back on the A6, or take a left onto the A515 and follow the signs to Bakewell via Monyash, B5055, (the stetch between Monyash & Bakewell is a good un as well), and carry on to Matlock.
Or call in for a cuppa in you like! Thumbs Up

I've not really explored the Peak District yet. Headed over Snake Pass and into Sheffield a couple of times though.

I think I'll make it top of my to do list.

I was up there that day. Had a great ride up the cat and fiddle. Didn't know i was on it though until i got home and spoke to a mate lol. I went passed the pub and noticed all the bikes but i'd already stopped for a break just down the road, decided not to stop again but i was a little annoyed. What camera do you use, gopro? And what video editor? I got a bunch of footage but i don't really like the gopro studio.
