my cbf125 takes from 12 to 28 cycles to start

When I leave it overnight I know it is going to be difficult to start. It is worst when I leave it outside.
If I have used the bike the day before it takes 12-16 cycles. If it has been in the garage for a couple of days or more... easily over 20 cycles.
I feel it is getting worse (even though we are having hot days)

Do you know what it could be?
I took the bike to the garage where I bought it and all they did was replacing the battery (for free) And offering me a battery recharger (not free).

The bike is 4800 miles but it has been like that since I bought it a month ago and 3800 miles.

OK, so it's not a bad tank of fuel, that's about all we can rule out.

Have you checked/changed the oil, spark plug and air filter?

Obvious suspicion would be the fuel pump, they're known to go wrong, but that's a guess, not a diagnosis.
