Thats £2000, for a 4 year old 125.
No way in hell would i pay that!
BUT clearly you want a mito, so you are prepared to pay for the name/look, in which case £2000 for a mint condition one locally cant be bad.

I had one of these for a year: cost me £2200 to maintain... seems an ok price: sold my 1996 one just recently for £1500 and it had 46k km on it!

they are nice bikes but not good if you are on a budget as they will play up

for parts go to www.mitomondo.co.uk rob there is ace, very helpful

hope this helps

Sounds a bit much.
If it has been well serviced and maintained it mgiht be worth it.

I paid £1190 for my rs250 with similar mileage. Would have needed maybe £150 worth of stuff to sort if I didn't have spares.

You could do your test, pay the extra insurance and get a 250 for that money Smile.

Is 10,000 miles not high for a 4 year old 125? My bike is near enough 13 year old and it has only 20,000.

My bike's 4 years old, I bought it in january with 5200 miles on, it's now done just under 10,000, so I'd say no it's not high, it's a little on the low side compared to some other used 125's.
