R6 off idle 'blip'

Struggling to think of a topic name, however!

You know when you're at a set of lights and you give the bike a very quick 'blip' just to hear the exhaust? My R6 won't do that, it must be the fly by wire of it (it did it before the exhaust & PC5) but it also makes pulling away quite tricky as the revs don't go up to match the throttle input you're giving.

Does anyone know if there's a way to remove this? Recalibrate the the throttle? Richen the power commander at small throttle openings at 1500rpm? Take it to someone to flash the ECU?
