1990 Honda CBR400RR NC23 'Tri-Arm'.

The bike is a 1990 Japanese model, imported into the UK in 1996.

Overall it is in great condition for its age, there are some general marks and scuffs here and there, but it cleans up well and is very presentable.

The odometer reads 62,000, however this will be a mix of kilometres and miles, as it's hard to say when the speedo adjuster was fitted. 40,000 miles is a rough estimate for the bike.

It had a new reconditioned engine fitted around a year ago that has only covered a few hundred miles, this came with new gaskets, oil, genuine Honda manifold bolts etc supplied by GF Racing;
The rear sub frame was replaced with a refurbished unit;
I have receipts for general maintenance work such as carbs stripped, cleaned and balanced, tidying up of battery connections and earth;
New throttle and clutch cables fitted last year;
Viper exhaust - I believe this is a full system (stainless);
Battery is only around a year old and has been kept charged;

I have a box of spares that came with the bike such as some fairings, spare subframe, and the ever-helpful Haynes Manual.

The bike is currently SORN with an expired MOT as I now ride another bike, however it has been kept on trickle charge and periodically started and warmed up over winter.

Overall it's a great running bike that rides very well: starts first time, fuelling is spot on, all electrics work, tyres have a good amount of life left..

All that needs doing prior to tax and new MOT is the front brakes need bleeding through and adjusting. They've had new fluid over winter, it's just a case of setting them up which is something I'm not great at and would rather not do myself just before handing the bike over. If you know what you're doing, it's a quick and simple job.

Viewings welcome - evenings and weekends only, and please call with any questions or for any further info.
