Waddya reckon?? do you think that the weather might get a bit better in September?
What with work and the weather and the lack of cash, I hav`nt been out on the bike much this year.

So maybe? I might have a day or three somewhere oop-north on the East side of Englishland.
What do you think the chances are of having some decent weather?.
To late or will we get an Indian summer (fingers crossed).

Was thinking of Northumberland sort of area.

You've got a better chance of dry weather in September than through the summer.
Only March and April are drier on average.
The only drawback is the rapidly shortening days.

Traditionally the grain harvest from spring sown barley and oats would be done in good weather during this month.
Northumberland is a dry-ish county anyway. In the spring the North Sea stays very chilly and can often drive in chilly fog, low clouds and drizzle. That's rare at this time of year.

Man.... you're two minutes (plus) from the Ferry/Chunnel to Frogliterre/ Noodlelands etc. Get your arse onto the boat/train to the cuntinent for a blast.

Weather can't be much worserer.
