My Fiance bought some for the car windscreen a while back...and it was quite good apparently....the wind action made the water just fly off without the wipers on !!

Would it work on a visor ?... or.... not Shocked

Maybe best to contact the manufacturer, there's no telling what chemical interaction (if any) could happen between the stuff and the visor.

If you do decide to try it out, let us know how you get on. Wink

Depending on the type of plastic used in the manufacture of your visor it may cause damage. Rainex was popular 10 years or so ago and there used to be a lot of problems with visors becoming opaque after prolonged use so I stopped using it, but materials have improved since then and it may be fine.

I would certainly contact the manufacturers and ask for their recommendation, and then make sure you get a name so that if it does damage your visor you have someone to go back to!

I've tried it and haven't noticed any difference, it doesn't appear to hurt the visor though.

Best bet - get an old windscreen wiper and cut a two inch peice off and tape it to the index finger of your glove, then just wipe across the visor when needed. That works really well
