Welcome to BCF mate! Thumbs Up

There's a few other ped types here so I wouldn't worry! Good luck for the test!

Nothing wrong with that. I used to have a Piaggio ET4 & Fazer and ran them both - on nice sunny warm days I miss the scooter Crying or Very sad

Welcome!

i wont miss my bloody scooter when its gone

nothing wrong with it except...

its painfully slow crawls to 60 (just) in about a long weekend

you get no respect from other road users who will over take you just on the basis you are a scooter...

when you overtake some nit wit going 45mph in a perfectly straight 60mph road they intentionally speed up so you cant get passed

but hey, its great round town...

...except i live in the country side!

i was thinking of going to a local (ish) town (darlington) where i could go and do some shopping and when i get back it will be gone (whoo more fool the theif)

except i will only end up paying the insurance back as my quotes will be higher Confused

oh and its £282 TPFT insurance for a Bandit 600 or er-5 at my age (19)

or £252 for the speedshite

like i said "restricted" meaning get the 33hp cert and kit fitted, then drive to a garage with lesser morals and take the kit out

by having an er-5 its much slyer than having a sports bike and getting busted

Morning, and welcome.

Good luck with the test.

Can I ask why you are choosing the ER over the bandit if the insurance is the same?

Infact the Bandit is slightly cheaper insurance than an er-5

but as i have only been on the road since october i am a riding retard and dont trust myself on a bandit

also being like 6ft 3 tall i found an er-5 quite comfortable at the riding school (allthough i cannot ride on in my training)

i have been using a yamahahaha SR125 Neutral to do my training on

i thought i was a safe rider untill i started my test training and now realise i know nothing...

Wahoo, another local rider!

Where abouts are you from?

You say darlington is local to you so you cant be too far off. I'm from Middlesbrough. (Stockton to be more precise)

Welcome to the forum though Thumbs Up
