Got it today, it's the tits.

A few minor gripes the dynamic weather needs tweaking it started raining in a session then hammered down but the sky was still blue.

Also qualifying/practice ends when the time runs out, doesn't let you finish the lap like IRL.

The pit stops also look gash.

Other than that it is wicked Thumbs Up

I've been playing this on the PS4. While it has some bugs, the foundations for a most excellent game are there.

I'm considering splurging out on a Thrustmaster T300RS wheel as playing on a joypad is pants, does anyone have experience of that wheel?

Once they iron out a few of the bugs i think it'll be great.

i'm playing it on PS4 using a T500RS with F1 addon which is pretty good.

the handling of the shifter karts is definitely wrong though, they handle like a trolley.

got the GT omega rig set up yesterday as well now, it takes up half the living room but worth it in the end Thumbs Up

Have to agree, thought that was fucking utter wank.

CARS is a much, much better game IMO. As has been mentioned it's a bit of a shitter if you start a decent lap before the timer runs out because you cant finish it, but that's my only gripe so far (only on my 3rd contract). Graphically it shits on Driveclub as well IMO, honestly don't understand why reviews seem to praise that game so much graphics wise, I thought it looked shite.

Only put a few hours in so far, but it already feels like a game I could be playing for a long while.

Been playing this today with the wheel, it's like a totally new game. I could see myself sinking some hours into it now.

Motorcycle simulation games are very challenging and for that reason boring to the vast majority of gamers.

Motorcycle arcade games are somehow popular, but mostly, and even non riders, will say, it's not real bro, fake and gay, etc. Thumbs Up

You can try the ''GP bikes'' https://www.gp-bikes.com/ set everything to full-sim and ask yourself a question (after you do one lap of Philip Island in 30 minutes), would the vast majority of the gamers actually want this? Thinking

I played the GP bikes a some time ago, and that game is even harder than that surgeon simulator from steam. In the game, you control separately the brakes, steering, body positioning (all the directions: lean left/right + down/back) and you can go even further with manual clutch and gear box of course. If you've got wrong body position, the bike will not go through the corners, nor it would brake or accelerate properly = real life stuff.

To be competitive, you've got to have three hands and two xbox 360 controllers. And that's what people do not want.
