So I've decided I want a Yamah YBR 125, but the only ones in my budget have that pissy little bit of fairing at the front. This is probably a really dumb question, but I was wondering how easy it would be to remove that and fit a new front lamp and essential transform it into a naked YBR?

If it's anything like my CBR125 was, the clocks and headlight are held on by the front fairing, so you'll need a moderate level of adaptation to remove it without it looking crap.

There will most likely be a set of third party clocks out there that can be bolted on or around the top yoke and the headlight from something like a CG125 can't be hard to fix.

Google "YBR125 street fighter conversion" and see if it throws anything up?

From what I can find the lamp is an easy replacement, but the clocks are a another matter. I haven't got a clue what I'm looking for!
