It struck me that I might be passing/passed by some of you guys on my daily commute.

So, where do you go and when?

Around 8:15am I'll join the M4 at junction 10 and ride into London, joining the A4 before heading down to embankment, return journey from 5:30 to 6:30pm.

Black lid, black leathers, black/dark purple ER5. I usually wave as I pass people.

Shade
Friendly.
[Edited to include return journey]

A40.

Usually in a maroon Golf with a gaffa-taped window, missing trim and a 'my other car does wheelies' sticker on the back. Cool Sometimes on a yellow CBR and dressed like Darth Vader.

When I commute to uni I go from Wimbledon to Wandsworth, then follow Embankment to which ever building I'm going to (all are nearish to Tower Hill).

I don't always wave/nod to bikers on my commute as there are just too many, but I always nod/wave back.

When I was commuting to work I used to go at about 8:15 for a couple of miles along the B3349 and then about half a mile along the A30 in a small town called Hook (near to M3 J5 and M4 J11). I used to see a few other bikers commuting to work each day, and always nodded. Not doing any commuting due to being off work, but was in a car today waiting at a set of traffic lights and a bike filtered to the front and was next to the window and nodded at him and he nodded back, even though he was on a Trumpet. Razz Laughing

If I left a little bit late you may see me in the morning in a red golf as I have heard you live a couple of hundred yards from my house.

I don't travel far enough each day to pass anyone, I only live like 4 miles fom work.

A few days a week though I'll be travelling along the A38 from sketti junction to Bassetts to see my fiancee, so I might have been passed by those of you who go on Tuesdays. Very Happy

From Camberwell to Victoria via Vauxhall between 7.45-8.00, and return between 4.00-4.15. Sometimes leave from South Norwood in the mornings, so it's via West Norwood, Brixton then Vauxhall and Vicotia and thats 7.30-8.00.

8.25, leave Edgware, head to honeypot lane, down Kenton Lane, Northwick park roundabout, take a left and up Harrow on The Hill past Harrow School (head fully extended through the blind left hander hoping to decapitate a student on the pavement! Razz ), and straight into St Dom's college, hopefully without inflicting personal injury.

Well if any of you lot pass me you are very very lost!

I commute everyday at about 6:00am along the A57 for about four miles and thats it Razz.

I must have one of the short commutes and one of the nicest roads to commute on to being it a wide country lane with some decent highspeed sweeping bends Very Happy.

A272 from the junction with the A265 all the way to Haywards heath. Currently driving a red little Suzuki Alto not very good looking at the back due to other driver keeping crashing into me!!

Sometimes I see a CBR600 in yellow/purple around Haywards Heath (think he/she works in a mailing house) always riding without gloves, any of you??

A12 from Chelmsford at around 07:50, all the way into London, straight across Redbridge Roundybit.

All the way through, off at Old Ford Exit, head down Roman Road, then Bethnal Green Road (I think), then Great Eastern Street to just outside the City.

Reverse is similar, just down Hackney Road and alongside Victoria Park on the way back.

Black Thundercat, clear rear lenses, black lid, visor, blue/black cordura/leather.

Different times on different days due to varying shift pattern. From Bedlington on the the Spine Road all the way to the Findus factory (mmmm beef crispy pancakes today) then right towards South Gosforth, past Haddricks Mill to Blue House Roundabout then left into Newcastle via central motorway to Central Station on this:
