We're talking about political refugees here, not Euro work-migrants.

The fugees that "migrate" all through Europe, never once asking for asylum, then pitch their tents in Calais and get in the queue for the ride to Treasure Island?

If it's so Allah-awful in Assfuckistan, why aren't they settling in the first European nation that they wash up in?

Question is not rhetorical, or at least the implied "... and what can we do about it?" followup.

They should try a different tack. Perhaps hide amongst the raw materials and natural resources which western companies take from their countries, whilst they help to keep president Mbackhanda in power.

I was making the split between those migrating from war torn Middle East and Africa by the boat loads and young piss heads catching buses from Latvia and Poland doing cleaning jobs here.

They're still here.

Hang on "migrating"? They were refugees a minute ago, fleeing so fast that they don't stop until they're knee deep in the Channel.

Essentially none of the fugees should be making it to the UK before bawwwing about asylum. Why would they schlep all the way across Europe and then another sea crossing unless the word is out that we're a soft touch?

Why aren't we sinking the boats before they set sail, that's what the powers that be were mouthing off about.

And where is Daemenoid, I would have thought he would have been here to tell us we can take another half a million refugees and should be thankful they want to come enlighten us with their wonderful culture. Whistle

They aren't refugees, they are resettling migrants. A refugee goes home. They will never be going home, they've moving into your home. Don't forget to thank Mr Cameron and Mr Bliar for their good work, after all, you voted for this and they're doing what you asked for Wink

It all comes back to people will want to move here legally or illegally while they think they are going to get a better standard of living. This will go on until they have helped dragged the standard of living so low there is no reason to come here any more.

Then they will fuck off to the next sucker country.

With the best will in the world you cannot just open the doors and let anyone come in to europe/UK who wants to.

FFS we have austerity now. Do you think any of these people will be self supporting? I'm pretty pissed off with my tax burden now!

Last year about 170000 people entered Europe by the 'boat people' route. So far this year (end of April) over 60000 have crossed the Med so if that rate goes on it will be the same sort of figure.

It is not sustainable to accept these numbers, year on year and that is just the people coming by boat.

Saw a news article tonight about how the Australian Government has dealt with it.
They intercept and redirect the boats as they have paid Papua New Guinea to take them
and re settle them there. They have a huge detention camp from where they will proceed no further,
that will be their final destination. Funnily enough the attempts to enter Australia this way have almost
completely ceased. Somehow word has got back to the 'fleeing masses' that this will be the fate of
all future attempts and as such it's a 1 way trip to prison of sorts. Hardly anyone tries anymore.
So they are scared for their lives but not quite that scared. Also in an flabbergasting double cross, the Aussie
Govt are also paying the traffickers. So first the traffickers take the migrants money to let them on the
boat then stitch them up and take them back to shore again anyway to collect from the Australians.

https://www.thejakartapost.com/news/2015/06/12/australia-paid-have-migrants-taken-away-ri-crew.html

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-australia-33110575

The Australian PM said places in Europe could learn a thing or two from them about how to handle the
problem. A 'pay once to be rid of 'em forever' approach has been taken,as opposed to the 'let 'em in
and keep paying forever' approach. He has a point, however Australia is lucky that it is surrounded by
countries that are already overcrowded by people who for some bizarre reason seem to insist on breeding
in numbers that their means can't support and so subsequently these countries need the money.
I'm sure they said on the news that PNG was paid 200 million dollars to shoulder the burden. Very shrewd
move, because let's call a spade a spade, it is a burden. A massive expensive one. With health, housing and
education provision already creaking at the seams here in the UK, whatever we end up doing with them is
going to cost a bomb isn't it? But surely if word gets back that the Aussies aren't playing ball then it
would also get back if we were to pull the plug on the free money healthcare, housing and education on
offer in good old soft touch Blighty. But for reasons I don't fully understand we are reluctant to do this.

But who could we pay to take them (who actually would want half a million plus with no modern world skills, and no
means of self support?) There must be some reason nobody wants to settle a huge amount of Muslims in
their country. Whatever could that be?

The correct term is "the bringers of cultural richness and diversity which are the foundation of our economy and society". Anyone working in the public sector is required to know this phrase, and know it well.

I prefer the slightly more truthful term 'culturally unwanted, northerly travelling scroungers'.

Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and China. I'm serious.

While those countries have tight immigration rules. China is especially tightening up, the large number of white homeless. The I was a professor of English at happy giraffe English gay lucky go school in China types I see in Hong Kong these days is evidence of this). As they get wealthier the 3K jobs ( (きつい difficult, hard), kitanai (汚い dirty))

Or 3D jobs (dirty, dangerous and difficult jobs) in China spring up. India has the Dalit caste. Western nations have Mexicans and Eastern Europeans.

Japan in particular, Kozumi for instance introduced a work in Japan 'internship' program. There is NO possibility of citizenship whatsoever and individuals from all over Asia are invited to work in Japan for a 3 year period. Such individuals are effectively treated as slaves. Hong Kong has a similar 'domestic helper' system where individuals are paid almost nothing and are subject to truck acts (which mean anything they earn is eaten up by fees and charges).

You just described the problem with in China too. You should have a read of some of the forums where they give tips to each other. How to drive around illegally with fake number plates.

Where to buy counterfeit cash. Where can I get xyz drugs.

Then they get caught put in prison then deported. Yet a lot of the time they have the gall to claim to be the victims.

Couple weeks ago there was a Australian. He was caught with 10kilos of meth and 10 kilos of ice. He blamed the racist Chinese as he'd been tricked Rolling Eyes . He was most upset when he got the penalty of death.
