That was ridiculous. You have words and violence, that is it. When it gets elevated to violence you need to do what you need to do to protect yourself and others.

Two officers if trained should be able to stop one person (outside some super freak and or trained athlete which this clearly wasn't) hopefully without injuring them, it is possible, and yes even the fairer sex can do it.
