In better news the article I read also said a load were shipped back to Europe. For the rest, they love a good ghetto so apart from the occasional stabby-stabby incident we should be fine

"Sixty-three migrants were brought to Dover after trying to cross the English Channel in four dinghies.
Three boats were met by Border Force and a fourth was intercepted by French authorities.
A fifth boat, carrying nine people, was rescued and returned to France after being spotted by a cross-Channel ferry in the entrance to the Port of Calais.
All of those brought to the UK will be monitored for signs of Covid-19, the Home Office said.
Concerns have been raised about the spread of coronavirus in makeshift migrant camps in northern France.
Border Force officers have been provided with personal protective equipment, the Home Office said."

Ah, another imaginary "article" which backs up your agenda.
I can't say I'm surprised.
I know the media silence many of these landings because not only do I live where they're all landing, but I know several people involved in these "rescue" missions, including a Police RIB pilot.
Their Twitter feeds are full of information of up to 100 a day landing and the local press, avoid publishing it like the plague.
Remember when 50 turning up on Italian shores was worldwide news?
200 a week on UK shores doesn't even make the Kent news now.
KentOnline (formerly Kent Messenger) is now written by work experience students by Kent University. The content and left wing bias is even more laughable than Al Beeb.

How odd? Calais is mainly full of African Gimmedats, yet every single one being taxied into Eldorado is a Muslim from the Middle East.

The irony is, these drones are not used as a deterrent, they're used to locate and facilitate their entry to the UK.
It's nuts. We waste millions making their journey safer and more comfortable, instead of actually protecting our borders and deterring illegal immigration. This is what happens when you let lefties take over the civil service.
Tow the feckers back or make them turn around and the people traffickers will soon give up. All the time we help them in, the traffickers are making a fortune.

But... but... what if there was a kitten in one those boats and it drowned, how would you sleep at night, knowing we could have rescued it?

Very expensive ones at that. Some are not much more than wood huts and old railway carriages, yet the average price is over £500K.
It's an odd place, built on pebbles and the UK's only desert. It's very popular with arty types, but not really what I'd call a shit hole.

They fly from "Ashford London International airport", which is actually at Lydd, not Dungerness, nor anywhere near Ashford, let alone London.
It's a bit of a joke and anyone landing there thinking London is on their doorstep, let alone Ashford, will be sorely disappointed.
