A common topic.
To my understanding you can turn up with your own bike for all the tests (A1, A2 and A) however you are required to sign the test paper stating you have insurance for that motorbike, and that without actually having the license required to ride the bike in the first place can be problematic.
Also getting a bike to the test center without riding it isn't a suggested idea unless you live really close or have a van to transport it.
From what I understand from your post the school say you need two one hour lessons at £60, so £120 + £15.50 (Module 1) + £75 (Module 2) = £210.50, if so that's an absolute bargain, I've been quoted more than that for one days training and one attempt at the Module 1, take the offer  |
