EXUP valve, need help!

Hi, new member here. I can see that people have experience here with the xup valve. So iam asking why dont my servomotor move when i turn the ignition ON. Taken the motor out and every reading is ok, it starts up when i give it 12V. My bike is a Thunderace 2000mod, the strange thing is that i never got any fault code about this problem on the rpm, the valve was stuck on the 0 position.

When i turned the servomotor by hand and put it back on the bike it went back to correct position, but it never do any turning when switching the ignition on/off or pull the throttle. Its suppose to move when ignition is turned on like this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iVWpD54FaPA

Ok i found out myself, this is not moving when turning the key unless its out of position. Everything is now working great with new lubrication. Bolts holding this is crap, snapped one, its beeing drilled before winter..
