^^^ Come on, that's a bit cruel.

At 02:21hrs I personally witnessed a seagull loitering in the road, with intent to move out of shot -- which it subsequently did --- with impunity, I ask you!
And if that wasn't enough, it began to rain! I nearly wet myself.

Suffice to say that I am now too frightened to go outside, for fear of all the consequent rioting that's sweeping the nation.
