Bandit 1200 Flames OK?

Hi all,

Been looking at a Bandit 1200. Very clean bike with low miles. It has an aftermarket exhaust on that, when cold, shot flames out.

Is this OK. Once warmed it stops and has a nice popping when the revs are going down. Not sure what make the exhaust is but I've been assured it's well within legal limits and has baffles etc.

Everything about the bike is spot on. Just not had one that chucks fire out the back.

there's an exhaust leak where air is getting in somewhere, when warm presumely this air gap is closed up so runs fine. check for blowing
