My neighbour's bike (SFV650) is illuminating the oil pressure switch after 20 mins or so of riding.

It's intermittent flickering apparently.

I've suggest we replace the pressure switch, as I've tried wiggling the wires and it hasn't come up on the dash.

Does anyone have a different course of action to suggest?

Bikes not lost any power and feels good as new.

Have you tried checking the oil level, and giving it an oil & filter change? It may not be a faulty warning.

I'd also check the wiring though, especially corrosion on the connectors, before getting spanners out.

I did the oil and filterbon it just less than a year ago. Its been sat in the garage since I did it.

Its a 2012 bike bought from new and kept garaged. The wires were fine as I wiggled them and inspected already
