Meh... it's all in foreign.

Here's what I think actually happened.

-Tour bike guy sees car guy knock scooter guy over.

-Tour bike passenger gets off to laugh at scooter guy

-Tour bike catches up with car guy and says "nicely done, I fucking hate scooters"

-Car guys gets all ranty "I fucking hate them too, they sound like flies buzzing about the place."

Saw it yesterday. Yahoo bigged it up with some headline about a wild chase.
Was a bit disappointed.
