so i get a phone call today asking if am fully comp on other bikes answer is no.
reason why he asked his bike is in the impound.

mate of mines been arrested for speeding/evading arrest or what ever they have done him for, wait for it on a 125 he was apparently doing 85 on a lexmoto street same bike i have now i struggle to get mine to 65 let alone 70.

turns out some jumped up little shit has out a nitrosoxide kit on his bike.

hats off to him for getting it installed and not killing him self with that.

Even if you did have other bike cover, insurers tend to specifically exclude use of it to release impounded bikes.

Presumably OP's totally-non-fictional mate has a policy on his bike but they're saying that he's not licensed for it. That's a different issue.
