I can clearly hear him you hit my mate's bike get out the car smash, scream etc etc.

Context is required.

I'm against violence / road rage, but I'd like to see what really happened minutes before to understand actions of those bikers.

LOL @ Flanders family.... How very wholesome sounding. Rolling Eyes
Then awful murderous bikers came along and all unprovoked had a go and that poor poor man and his adorable
family got caught in the middle of a fracas that wasn't of his making in the slightest.

Bet there's some conveniently missing video. Or wifey only got her iphone out when retribution for unfilmed event was detected.
(she should have been driving, she'd have had it in her hand then...)

Short of the car driver having actually smashed someone off the road, it's impossible for me to conceive a situation where chasing a family down and smashing the window of a car with a child in is acceptable, it clearly isn't.

We'd all like to see what happened first, and have to assume it be something worthy of deriding the car driver (but maybe it isn't). All that's there is the grim behaviour of some road users and one very scared kid.

I've gone after 2 cars in 15 years and on both occasions it was for being run off the road, at neither point did I smash my way into their vehicles and certainly not with kids in there!

Overtaking on double whites, have them done for harassment, then slap them all with points to salt the wounds!

Being objective...

The video starts with the guy leaning on his horn constantly whilst surrounded with obviously very irate bikers.

I'd wager he's endangered one of their lives/clipped a bike and driven off like nothings happened or given them abuve... THEN the video starts.

It does happen but it's unlikely they would want to stop the guy for no good reason.

I'd also wager that the smashing of the window wasn't intentional. But just a consequence of hitting the window in anger whilst he was trying to do it up.

The biggest problem here is the fact there's a small child in the car. Probably unknown to the bikers at the time. Though this fact would not excuse whatever action the driver did to upset the bikers so much in the 1st place.

Not that I condone violence of any kind but I just feel like there had to be a legitimate reason for their anger.

That doesn't make then judge jury and executioner. If I had family in the car I would have driven over any bike that blocked me in.

Not defending the bikers here, but given the prickish way he was holding his horn down when the bikers go past (as pointed out by supz), he's not doing much to calm the situation. I struggle to see how this sort of situation can escalate accidentally.

Road rage isn't big and isn't clever. There's no winners in this video. Just a bunch of losers.

I won't argue that but I'll say that unless there's been an actual incident and a legal reason for someone to require to stop there's absolutely NO excuse for a group of any people to force another road user to pull over. Certainly not righteous indignation which seems to be the case here.

If there were one biker and three cars would the biker have tried to pull the same stunt? Of course not.

I thought he was keeping the horn slammed to draw attention to the situation, ie of other passing motorists / Police.
I doubt very much it was aimed at the bikes, maybe it was, but as you say that would be pointless.

Listen at 20 seconds in that's a young kid in the car. The car driver looks like a nob on his horn and angry.

Spastic on the black bike failed not once but twice to put it on the side stand. What a moron.

Agree with the bullies comments above. Also if the driver had rammed the bike (sans biker) out of the way when they started punching the window at the end, in order to make an escape, I would consider it justified.

Doesn't matter what happened before. We've all had road rage incidents at some point or another without resorting to punching out the car windows. As two wheelers we're all lumped in together by everybody else, and I don't really want to be associated with those who can't control their temper to that extent.
