Honda Valkyrie / Goldwing radio.

Its my week for nasties.
Honda Valkyrie Interstate fitted with OEM radio.
Radio dead, no display or clock.
There is a three pin fuse marked for the radio in the fuse box, I can't get any continuity through any of the pins. Can't seem to source it anywhere. I would normally just solder a link across them but I have half a suspicion that this might actually be a diode. Anyone any knowledge of these beasts?
I've tried the 'wing sites but they are more concerned with what polish to use.

That's the wiring colours. !2v on the end pin, nada going to the other two. First look, so now its down to digging out the correct wiring diagram, seems there are US, European and UK versions. I'd rather be riding my nice and simple 'blade.
