So I've got my Mod 2 tomorrow morning, anything that i need to look out for or easy things that i can fail on?

I think I've got Chequerbent sorted with it's spiral lanes, i'm more just worried of either straight-lining an empty roundabout or having someone pull out on me.

Anything i need to watch out for?

Indicators are always one to remember.
Remember to keep distance from other vehicles. I never realised how much I did it until it was pointed out.
First set of lights on the test and I pulled up 2 feet behind a car. Realised and managed not to do it again.
Keep eyes peeled for speed signs.

Just stay calm and do not rush it.

Most instructors are nice guys who also ride motorcycles, means if you do not hear well some instruction, say to turn left, just stay calm and continue the test. These are minors and you will pass.

Majors are failing to stop on a stop line or riding with 45 in 30 zone, so make sure you are slow and calm, and look far ahead for all signs.

Try to ride as you usually ride, means if you see there are cars coming on the right, slow a little before roundabout, so that you can go with the flow in the gap after them and not stop and wait there. Do not take into account the isntructor when you pass junctions he will manage.

The main things that can fail you on Mod 2 are Indications, Observations and road positioning.

Indications. Make sure you cancel them

Observations, Make sure you do them

Road positioning. Make sure you get it right.

Other than that. He's looking a solid safe ride. He is not expecting perfection, just safe and solid.

Good luck
