bar weights rotating

So I've bought some bar end mirrors for the CBR, like so:

the trouble is the bar weights inside the handlebar rotate under the weight of the mirror. What can I do to stop this happening? Glue?

Buy something like this and glue the weights in place.I have used something similar in the past Thumbs Up
