I need new forks and im buying https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-YBR-125-Front-forks-left-and-right-legs-2007-onwards-/391054998490?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item5b0cb1bbda just wondering what the labour cost will likely be to fit them. The place i go to charges 40quid an hour, how long does it take to fit these? Cheers.

I would be very sceptical about the quality of chinese aftermarket fork assemblies. A good used set would probably last longer. I would also check/change the fork oil.

However, very easy to fit. Remove brake caliper, wheel, mudguard, clip ons/bars. Then two bolts for each fork. Refit is the reverse.

Takes me half hour.

I think you will be lucky to find a garage that will assign less than 2 hours for that job.
