Shell island North wales

Just got from shell island in North Wales.wasnt expecting much but we absolutely loved it.site amenities are excellent good shower block.cafe is brilliant for breakfast and meals all day and the pub is well stocked and reasonably priced.they also have a camping shop gift shop and a little convenience store as well.best thing is you can camp where ever you like we were in amongst the sand dunes.fires are also allowed on the 3 beaches and raised of the ground on the site it self.best thing is the roads are excellent putting you in the middle of some of the best riding roads Wales has to offer..and only £9 per night just get back before the tide comes in
Well worth staying there 9/10

Cool, I was looking at other sides around Snowdonia, this sounds spot on!

Toilets are very clean and tidy.they only have one rule for bikers really.you just need to wear your helmet if riding round the site..

The first and last time I went to Shell Island my group got turned away because we were a group of young adults. Worth ringing ahead before planning a trip.
