hmmm... bike broke

CBR 600FX ('99 carbed model)

Pulling onto fast road, full acceleration to around 80 then suddenly no power. coasted to the side and the bike wouldn't start again. recovered home and fuel is leaking from the bike.

Might be linked but since ive owned it between 6-7k it really bogs like its overfuelling then clears above 7k. funnily enough 6-7k is around 80mph.

Can it overfuel and cut out causing my issue?

time to get the carbs off and have a look. Take out the sparkplugs as well, I suspect they will be caked in petrol and soot.
