Cagiva orange light

Hi all,
I have had raptor 125 for two weeks, i seem to see this orange light on and off under the indicator light on dash, i also would like to know what the lttle bulbs on the speedo are sorry for the stupit ass questions but i dnt have a manuel.

Usually lights on too much or the left or right flicky switch.

Also avoid riding it for too long it needs to rest and recharge
